Repairs You Need Before Selling Your Home

It may seem like a waste of money, but these repairs can actually make it easier to get your full asking price. Curb appeal matters, so make sure the exterior of your home is in good shape. That means getting rid of dead trees and plants, making sure the yard is maintained, and potentially fixing any roof or siding damage. Inside your home, it’s the flooring that often stands out. Whether it’s tile, wood, or carpet, it needs to be clean and in good shape.
